Lake Camanche Fishing Report 6/29/15
LAKE RECORD BASS CAUGHT!
Kevin Miranda of Sacramento caught this monster Friday 6/26/15 weighing in at 18.17 lbs. He landed this largemouth out by Little Hat Island on Lake Camanche. His pal Thomas Ferreira helped net this beast. Kevin was using a crank bait -river 2 sea V joint s-110 deep drive. This beauty was 31” long and had a 24” girth.
Kevin moves into the top spot for our 2015 Monster Fish Contest in the bass category and if this record hold for the rest of year he will receive the 2016 Annual Pass Prize.
This new record kills the last record of 15.2 lbs. caught by Lonnie Owens back in January of 2013.

Henky Suryanto of Fremont used anchovies to hook this 11.28 catfish while fishing out off the shores of Blue Oaks Campground on 6/20/15.
Haley of Manteca caught this nice rainbow on saturday 6/13 while fishing with the parents near the dam using needlefish.
Louis Welton, age 12 of Ione reeled in this crappie using a jig while fishing out at an undisclosed cove on 6/18/15. This crappie was a very respectable 3.20 lbs!
