Lake Camanche Fishing Report 6/2/18

Lake Camanche was 93% full with an elevation of 231.55′ at the time of this report.  Lake Camanche was releasing only approx. 530  C.F.S. into the Mokelumne River while receiving approx. 754 C.F.S from Lake Pardee. Pardee is holding at 99% full. Water temperature has warmed up to 73 degrees.

Right: Thursday 5/31, Rick Henderson messaged us on Facebook with this two largemouth bass and wrote, “8 lb. And 5 lb. Largemouth. Caught in river arm on dropshots. I’m from Valley Springs.  Have a great day!”

All three photos above were posted above by Sean Case on Friday 5/25 in the Lake Camanche Fishing Report on Facebook. He wrote, “10.5lb largie on Tuesday” . He also stated that he fishes the lake about 3 times a week. The picture on the right was Sean releasing it back to the lake.

Left: Mike Leong, a Lake Camanche resident, and avid angler posted a really cool underwater video to Instagram on Wednesday 5/30. He commented, “What’s swimming around. @ mleong876Filmed a nice school of Bass roaming around @lakecamanche they were on a search and destroy mission.”

Right: The Fishsniffer was out to the lake on Tuesday 5/29 and posted to Instagram, “fishsniffer In at 5am, out at 9am with fish to fry for dinner! @lakecamanche🎣👍🏻🍽 #crappie #crappiefishing #panfish #fishing#fishsniffer.”
