Lake Camanche Mobile Home

Lake Camanche houses three Mobile Home Parks. We have two Mobile Home Parks at North Shore and one at South Shore!

Mobile Home Spaces are available for rent. Incoming homes will qualify for 6-months free rent! Our Space rent is set to HUD and FMR local rating. Various rent is set up depending on chosen space. Space rent includes the space, water, garbage and sewage. 

Additional Benefits of Being A Resident of Lake Camanche:

  • 50% off non-holiday weekday boat rentals and additional 25% off for qualifying Senior/Disabled/Former POW/Disabled Veteran tenants.
  • Special additional incentives for non-holiday Tuesday boat rentals.
  • 40% discount on off-season monthly open slip, covered slip and mooring buoy fees.
  • 10% discount on regularly priced marina/store items. (Fishing access permits, fishing license, prepared food/beverage, gasoline and propane are excluded.)
  • Free Day Use access
  • Free boat launching
  • Dry storage boat yard for Park 1 and Park 3. $150 consecutively.
  • Dry storage concurrent with mobile home space rent 425 annually.

This is a gated park! Accessible to residents only during peak season.
