Big rainbow are still the news here at Lake Camanche!
Rapala and tigerfire rapala lures were reported as hot baits for trout this week. Hat Island, out by the dam and up river have been the popular spots to fish for trout.

Lake Camanche’s current elevation is 183.79 as of 3/17/15.
Water temperature at the launch ramp is approximately 60
degrees and the lake is 29% full or 51.71′ to spill.
The inflow from Lake Pardee is currently 11 c.s.f.
and the outflow from Lake Camanche is
currently 225 c.s.f.
Central Valley Anglers held their tournament last Sunday 3/8/15. They had a good turn out but we didn’t get photo releases… sorry no complete pictures.
East Bay Municipal District has contracted with Atlantic-Meeco Marinas & Docks to build our new 50 slip covered berth at the North shore marina. Construction started in early January and will be completed this spring.
