Lake Pardee has lowered its release into Lake Camanche to approx. 254 C.F.S. as of this report. The water level at the lake is slowly lowering putting the lake at 86% of capacity and releasing approximately 603 C.F.S. into the Mokelumne River at the time of this post.  Current elevation at the time of this report was 227.49′. Surface water temperatures are remaining warm between 83 – 85 degrees.

Local fishing celebrity, Nick Smith AKA, The Informative Fisherman did his magic on the lake this past Thursday 8/24 and posted this shot to both Instagram and Facebook. His caption read, “Lake Camanche loves me! Pop pop BOOM! Took us a few hours to dial them in today but we got it dialed. I’m predicting a 25lb+ bag next week

8/27/17 11 year old Jordan of Livermore brought in this 1.4 lb. crappie while fishing with this dad out around Big Hat Island using a rapala lure. Nice job Jordan!

Friday 8/25 Camanche regular Tom Valente, aka tvalente74 on Instagram posted both of these pictures and commented, “Quick 3 hour trip to @lakecamanche this morning. I hate leaving when I’m catching em. @frazierluckfishing was on the lake today. You know he’s goona be posting some good ones! #catchandrelease”
